Workforce Training
Preparing for the Future Together
Phosphate and fertilizer products are responsible for roughly 46,000 Florida jobs, generating nearly $3.1 billion in personal income in our regional economy. We’ve got a vested interest in helping provide growth opportunities that will assure long-term career success.
According to the Hillsborough Education Foundation, “half of the fastest-growing occupations in Florida require some training beyond high school, but not a traditional college degree.”
Not only does workforce training offer the opportunity for students of any age to find a career path, it also helps strengthen the pipeline of responsible, productive, competent contributors to our local workforce.
